Building a team

Unlike most other daily fantasy sports sites, FantasyBet allows you to select a squad of 15 players. You have $100 million at your disposal, with which you must buy 11 players for your basic team, plus 4 substitutes. Your squad must contain 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 attackers. Additionally, you must choose a captain and a vice captain. Your captain’s points are doubled, and your vice captain gets double points when your captain is not playing.

When one of your first 11 players is not taking part in a match, he will be automatically replaced by a substitute who plays in the same position – you only need to decide the order of the changes. For tournaments based on 1 match there’s no limit to choosing players from the same club, for tournaments based on 2 matches you can choose a maximum of 5 players from one club, and for tournaments based on 3 matches or more you can choose a maximum of 3 players from one club.
